The mamivac^® 2-phase technology enables the expression of breast milk as gently and naturally as possible. The steplessly adjustable phases consist of a stimulation phase and a pumping phase. However, the pumping process does not follow an automatic program cycle but can be adjusted at any time. This allows the suction strength and interval speed to be tailored to the individual needs of the mother and the strength of milk flow.

Stimulation Phase: Mimics the initially rapid, weak sucking of the baby, gently massages the breast, and stimulates milk flow. A high interval speed (number of cycles) quickly and painlessly triggers the milk ejection reflex.

Pumping Phase: Simulates the slower, more intense sucking of the baby. This effectively extracts the valuable breast milk. The interval speed can be steplessly adjusted based on milk flow and the mother’s perception. Combined with the ability to steplessly and variably regulate suction strength or vacuum strength, this provides the best pumping comfort for the mother with maximum effectiveness.

Simultaneously pumping breast milk from both breasts saves about 50% of the time. This allows mothers more time — not only in cases of multiple births. The patented valve technology ensures double pumping without loss of suction power. All our electric breast pumps have direct connections for two suction kits.
